We also do not charge for troubleshooting, if our repair services are renderred. Flat rates are also available in some circumstances. However, depending on the amount of time or materials required, some services must be provided offsite. While all precautions will be made to avoid any complications, Big Daddy Consulting cannot be held liable for any data or file loss due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, it is recommended that all of your important files and documents are are backed up onto an external device such as a zip drive or external hard drive prior to our services.
